you)! Use the Transport 1650 message board to raise issues important to you and
put forward ideas or comment on what others have said. Everyone is welcome to
use the message board -- that is, unless we don't like you or what you have to
say. People representing organisations should state the name of the organisation
and their position; in particular, any members of pro-roads or pro-speeding
groups should state this clearly so that our filter can discard their messages.
All messages are vetted by the moderator and inappropriate ones will not be
posted (see below for ground rules). There is likely to be a delay of one
